How much does it cost to build an Individual house in Chennai?

The cost of building a house will depend on several factors like the size of the unit, the specification of the materials used, and the number of floors. Eg. What are the approvals required to build a house?

Individual houses predominantly only require a building permit from the local body in order to start construction work. The permits from the EB and Water/Sewage departments are also mandatory requirements. Additionally, if the building is a high raise building or a large-scale project, additional approvals from CMDA, Environmental agencies, Fire department, Airport Authority, etc will be required depending on a case-to-case basis.

How to obtain housing loans?

We will assist in getting bank loans through our partner banks in order to ease the housing loan process for our clients. 

The procedure for applying for a bank loan would be 

1) Application for the building approvals 

2) submission of income documents, property documents, valuation report, legal report to the bank
